If you have changed your mind and you want to return an item you ordered, please let us know within 14 days after receiving the item, after this you will have another 14 days to get the item back to us.
We are unable to accept returns outside of these time frames.

All returns must be in their original packaging and in a new, unused and resellable condition. Items which have been damaged, stained or marked or used will not be accepted.
Once returned and signed off by our returns department you will be automatically issued with a refund through our website.
We also cannot return or exchange goods where hygiene may be compromised.

All our deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail or Parcel Force, you can pick the option you require at the checkout.

1st Class – we aim to deliver the next working day*. This includes:

• Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class
• 1st Class Parcels

2nd Class – we aim to deliver in two to three working days*. This includes:

• Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class
• 2nd Class Parcels

For deliveries to Ireland we aim to deliver within three to five working days*

*Working days are Monday-Friday. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands may take longer. We currently do not deliver outside the UK and Ireland.
